About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Law Specialist to join our team at SER Group. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our legal capabilities and providing expert advice on IT law, data protection law, and contract law.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective strategies to manage IT-related legal risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide expert advice on IT contracts, data protection, and public procurement procedures, and negotiate contracts with customers and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and provide legal support for business initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in IT law, data protection law, and contract law, and apply this knowledge to inform business decisions.

Requirements

• Master of Laws (LL.M.) or second state examination in law.
• Proven experience in IT law, contract law, data protection law, and/or European legal systems or UK/US law.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex legal and business issues.
• Proficient in MS Office and ability to quickly learn new software.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business setting.
• Additional language skills (German, Spanish, French) are highly desirable.
