World Meteorological Organization (WMO) is seeking a highly skilled consultant to support the enhancement of its HR strategy. As a senior HR professional, you will work closely with our team to review the existing HR strategy, develop a framework of core competencies, and propose relevant updates to the strategy of WMO.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR policy development and implementation, as well as excellent analytical and writing skills. If you are passionate about HR and have a proven track record in this field, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Review the existing HR strategy of WMO and identify areas for update and revision.
- Develop a framework of core competencies applicable to the WMO context.
- Propose relevant updates to the HR strategy of WMO.
- Pilot test the competencies framework with a sample of targeted staff.
