**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Plant Engineer to support our facilities and plants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects, ensuring maintenance is carried out efficiently, and collaborating with our SAP system.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan and execute partial and small projects, including process engineering calculations and optimisations, feasibility studies, and risk analyses.
  • Ensure maintenance is carried out professionally and economically, while maintaining sufficient plant availability.
  • Work with SAP to place orders, conduct technical-commercial evaluations, and optimize plant and personnel deployment.
  • Collaborate in monitoring and adhering to the available budget for maintenance, conversions, and investments.
  • Update and check plant documentation, including flow charts, zone and installation plans, and parts lists.
  • Support training of the plant team and workshop personnel on process and plant knowledge, safety, hygiene, environment, and quality.

**Key Requirements**

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Biotech/Pharma production is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of GMP, COMOS, and SAP is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly, with strong teamwork skills.
  • Structured, focused, and well-organized work behavior.
  • Solution-oriented and open to new ideas.
  • Fluent English is required, with good German language skills an advantage.
