Job Description:

At SMART VALOR, we are revolutionizing the future of finance by leveraging digital assets based on blockchain technology. Our mission is to democratize access to crypto assets for billions of people worldwide, making it easy, secure, and compliant. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer to join our remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality software using Python and associated frameworks to run on a scalable clustered environment.
  • Develop new functionalities and enhance existing ones, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Design the architecture and implementation of new products, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Partially fulfill the role of the DevOps Engineer for modifying and extending current solution infrastructure.
  • Investigate, debug, and deliver fixes for software issues.
  • Optimize performance across products, ensuring efficient resource utilization.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of professional experience as a Python Developer.
  • Proficiency in Python programming, RESTful web services, and experience with Python frameworks such as Fast API or Flask.
  • Expertise in AWS cloud services, including experience with PostgreSQL database, Celery, microservices architecture, and Docker.
  • Strong understanding of JSON data structures and API definitions such as OpenAPI.
  • Good knowledge of software development processes using CI/CD tools and best practices for security throughout the development process.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, with good English language skills.
