About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Onboarding & Account Manager to support our Expansion Manager in Zurich:

  • Develop strong relationships with new restaurant partners and onboard them onto our platform.
  • Train restaurant staff on the Future Kitchens system, ensuring seamless integration during service hours.
  • Manage a portfolio of partner restaurants, providing exceptional customer service and driving growth.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional brands into existing portfolios.
  • Maintain high-quality standards through mystery guest programs and regular quality assurance checks.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners, prioritizing satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities

As an ideal candidate, you'll possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of kitchen operations and restaurant management principles.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with German or French language.
  • Availability to work based out of Zurich or remotely.
