Job Description:- Assignment tasks will involve working within production facilities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and adhering to cGMP quality requirements.
- You'll play a key role in training new team members to facilitate a seamless onboarding process.
- Hold a degree in chemical or biopharmaceutical education.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical production, preferably as an operator or production technician.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Possess knowledge of process engineering principles.
- Speak fluent English; proficiency in German is an asset.
- Be willing to adapt to flexible work arrangements, including a 4-shift pattern and varied schedules.
Relevant candidates may be eligible for relocation assistance, which includes support for family members if required.
