Responsibilities:
  • Perform diverse assignments in production environments, maintaining adherence to safety guidelines and cGMP standards.
  • Support the induction of new team members through comprehensive training.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Complete a degree in chemical or biopharmaceutical sciences.
  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical production, preferably as an operator or production technician.
  • Maintain a high level of awareness regarding workplace safety.
  • Familiarity with process engineering concepts.
  • Excellent command of English; conversational German is beneficial.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evening and night shifts, according to business needs.

Relocation support may be available for suitable candidates, along with provisions for their families if applicable.
