Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Global Marketing to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a global marketing strategy that drives brand visibility and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Global Marketing Strategy
    • Lead the development of a comprehensive global marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
  • Lead Digital Marketing and Advertising
    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive website traffic, engagement, and conversion.
    • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Oversee Public Relations and Media Relations
    • Develop and execute public relations and media relations strategies that enhance our brand reputation and visibility.
    • Manage media outreach and crisis communication to ensure timely and effective response.
  • Manage Brand Consistency
    • Develop and implement brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
    • Manage external resources and budgets to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.
  • Lead Sponsorships and Events
    • Develop and execute sponsorship and event strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
    • Manage event logistics and execution to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Provide Strategic Leadership
    • Provide strategic guidance and support to commercial directors and sales teams to ensure on-brand communication.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance marketing skills and knowledge.
  • Build Strong Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, regional directors, and external partners to ensure successful brand execution.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue.

Requirements

  • 10 years of marketing leadership experience in strategic and operational roles.
  • Experience in luxury retail, luxury hospitality, large developers, or other luxury service-based organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale teams ideally across extensive geographic areas.
  • Experience working closely with a CEO to develop organizational guidelines and support day-to-day operations.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where significant responsibility is given but also closely collaborate with the CEO on brand strategy and direction.
