Key Responsibilities
  • Design, prototype, and test electronic systems for various applications, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Create PCBA production files, define testing and quality control procedures, and oversee production activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and specifications, driving project success through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of electronic components and systems to guarantee optimal performance and reliability.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including schematics, layouts, and bills of materials, to support project development and implementation.
  • Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance during the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing project delays.
  • Lead the certification process (EMI, safety, radio) and prepare necessary documents to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Assemble boards manually (0402, 0603, BGA) and automatically using our pick-and-place equipment, ensuring precision and quality in every step.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in electronic circuit design and development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Proficiency with electronic design automation (EDA) tools such as KiCAD or similar software, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of microcontrollers, embedded systems, and PCB layout (2 to 6 layers), with a focus on innovative design and optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, driving collaboration and results-oriented solutions.
