The Operations & Process Governance Lead is responsible for establishing well-defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies to maintain organization and efficiency within the Legal department at TN Switzerland. This critical role ensures consistency and standardization across the organization.

This leadership position demands a deep understanding of legal principles, corporate governance, and legal operating procedures combined with exceptional coordination skills. The successful candidate will enhance process efficiencies, optimize legal services delivery, and ensure overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Creation: Develop policies and procedures specific to the legal department's operations, aligning with broader organizational guidelines and regulations.
  • Risk Mitigation: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal obligations, reducing potential risks to the organization.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with global stakeholders to develop a long-term vision and roadmap for legal policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop strategies to increase efficiency.
  • Benchmarking: Research and implement best practices in legal operations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Process Streamlining: Develop efficient, user-friendly, and integrated processes.
  • Effectiveness Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of governance processes.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • PMP or similar certification is preferred.
  • Six Sigma or Agile development experience is advantageous.
  • At least 7 years of experience managing legal policies and developing and implementing operating governance structures.
  • Demonstrated business awareness and detailed understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Experience with change management and the development of efficient process improvements with high user satisfaction ratings.
  • International travel up to 10% may be required.
