We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wine Connoisseur to join our team at Mandarin Oriental Palace Luzern.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our wine and beverage offerings, ensuring a high level of service and maintaining a comprehensive wine list.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement wine lists and beverage programs
• Manage wine inventory and ordering
• Provide exceptional customer service and wine education
• Collaborate with our culinary team to create wine pairing menus
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of wine and beverages
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
