At LIONSCOUT GROUP, we're looking for a highly skilled IT Change & Release Manager to join our client's forward-thinking team. This team focuses on driving digital transformation and operational efficiency within the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operational change and release process, working closely with product owners and service managers both internally and externally.
  • Oversee release planning and coordination for large projects, ensuring integration with test infrastructure in collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Define and continuously improve the release and change processes, providing staff training and optimizing tool usage (e.g., Jira, Ky2help).
  • Take responsibility for preparing and conducting release tests.
  • Ensure compliance by overseeing the rollout of previously tested and approved components.
  • Continuously develop and enhance test processes and methodologies, with a focus on the role of the test manager.
Requirements:
  • Completed technical or commercial training in IT, with additional qualifications in change/release or test management (e.g., ITIL, Scrum, ISTQB).
  • Extensive experience in change/release management and a strong background in coordinating between business and IT, including working with external partners.
  • Preferred practical experience in test management.
  • Excellent organizational, conceptual, and communication skills in English, with German proficiency as an added advantage.
