About the Role:

The Assistant Logistics Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of ECOM Trading's export operations. This position involves coordinating shipments, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate and implement effective strategies for managing shipments and teams.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, shipping lines, and other stakeholders.
  3. Monitor and analyze data to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
  4. Identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements.
  5. Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile inflows and outflows.
  6. Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications.
  7. Organize training sessions for export team members on best practices and procedures.
  8. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Minimum 7 years' experience in logistics management.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
