The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in computer systems, network infrastructure, and system administration, as well as proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin).
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and network equipment.
- Manage software updates, security patches, and system configurations.
- Provide technical support to staff, ensuring smooth system operations.
- Develop and maintain IT policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with external service providers when necessary.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) – Mandatory
- Reside in Geneva – Required
- Degree or relevant certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (desired)
- Experience with system administration, network troubleshooting, and IT support
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
