Job Summary

Axepta SA is seeking a highly skilled Research Chemist to join our team. As a key member of our research and development department, you will be responsible for developing new synthesis routes and processes, planning organic reactions, and optimizing chemical processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute experiments to develop new synthesis routes and processes
  • Plan and conduct organic reactions, ensuring safe laboratory practice
  • Analyze reactions and samples using various analytical techniques, including TLC, IR, GC, LC, NMR, and MS
  • Optimize chemical processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed protocols and reports of scientific data and progress
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Organic Chemistry or related field
  • Strong knowledge of theoretical and practical organic chemistry and organic synthesis
  • Experience in a modern chemical laboratory environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
