Job Title: Teacher of IB Economics

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Teacher of IB Economics to join our team at La Grande Boissière campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching International Baccalaureate Diploma Economics at Higher and Standard Level, as well as Year 11 ULP Economics.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach International Baccalaureate Diploma Economics at Higher and Standard Level
  • Teach Year 11 ULP Economics
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching resources
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience of teaching economics at the IB Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to teach another humanity an advantage
  • Knowledge of current trends and debates influencing the teaching of economics
  • Experience of working in an international school
  • Passion for teaching and inspiring students
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, and drive to achieve high standards
  • Good communication skills with colleagues and parents
