Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst

About the Role
At Smarttech247, a leading MDR company in Switzerland, we are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Collection Analyst to join our expanding CTI team.
This role is part of our day-to-day efforts to keep our global pharmaceutical clients secure. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting raw threat data and analyzing it to identify patterns, trends, and potential threats.
Main Responsibilities
- Information Gathering: Leverage collection assets to gather relevant information.
- Data Analysis: Evaluate the relevance and reliability of collected data.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and summaries of threat intelligence findings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other cybersecurity teams to ensure comprehensive threat detection and mitigation.
- Tool Utilization: Integrate and automate IOCs and TTPs into security controls.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance collection efficiency and minimize false positives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in threat intelligence, cybersecurity, or related field.
- Technical integration and programming skills.
- Experience in security-related data management tools.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills.
