The Position
We are seeking an experienced Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Pharma/Biotech recruitment team, you will play a vital role in identifying and delivering top talent to our European client base.
Your primary responsibility will be to search, identify, and approach high-quality talent for the Life Science industry across Europe. You will also participate in job intakes with senior and executive decision makers to understand requirements and build relationships.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Sourcing and Identifying Talent: Utilize social media, internal databases, and other platforms to find high-quality talent for the Life Science industry.
- Client Communication: Collaborate with senior and executive decision makers to understand client requirements and build strong relationships.
- Profile Delivery: Ensure great CV presentation with poignant management summaries and market knowhow.
- Candidate Management: Proactively manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, supporting their interview preparation and advising on their career decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and leadership, sharing ideas and supporting your team.
What We Look For
- Proven track record in recruitment, preferably in Life Science or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to source and deliver talent across Europe.
- Excellent understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional fluency in English and German.
- EU or Swiss work permit.
