About the Position

The Haute Ecole d'Ingénierie invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to work in the Peptide and Protein research group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing inhalable peptide inhibitors of Respiratory Syncytial Virus as part of a 4-year project funded by the Swiss National Foundation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, synthesize, and characterize peptide inhibitors of RSV
  • Collaborate with researchers from HEPIA, UNIGE, Université de Tours, and INRAE
  • Develop expertise in pulmonary delivery and LC/MS-MS techniques
Requirements

The ideal candidate should hold a Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical biology, or Biological Sciences, with experience in peptide antivirals, peptidomimetics, and molecular modeling. Basic knowledge in LC/MS-MS is essential, and some experience in pulmonary delivery would be advantageous.
