Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Leader to join our team as Regional Chief Financial Officer APAC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our finance team in the Asia Pacific region, ensuring proactive and timely follow-up on board recommendations, and collaborating closely with the board to ensure accurate presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and leadership to the regional finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability, including budget preparations and cash flow management.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with international transfer pricing guidelines and optimizing corporate setup, VAT, and tax structures.
- Team Management: Build and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring the right talent is recruited, developed, and retained, and embodying the company's values.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster a culture of information sharing and best practices across the region, promoting the values and mindset of the company, and collaborating closely with internal audit teams.
Requirements
- Education: Master's degree in accounting, finance, or business.
- Experience: Extensive experience in a senior financial role, preferably in transport, supply chain, O&G, heavy industry, or equivalent.
- Skills: Proficient in financial and accounting software, fluent in English, strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and proven management experience.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Switzerland or in Europe, and be flexible and willing to travel up to 50% of the time in Asia.
