This role within the Enterprise Center of Excellence (eCoE) offers an exciting opportunity to join our Finance team and make a meaningful impact.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for preparing comprehensive management reports for senior decision-makers, analyzing and evaluating Roche Group performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

You should possess 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a multi-national corporate environment.

A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a similar degree is required; an MA/MSc or other relevant professional qualification would be advantageous.

  • Proven ability to extract, analyze, review, and present data with high accuracy.

  • Strong capacity to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and deliver results under pressure.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, partner with stakeholders at all levels, and communicate insights clearly.

  • Motivation to embrace ongoing learning opportunities, particularly in Finance and Digital transformation.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VBA knowledge is a plus), PowerPoint, and Google Workplace tools.
