We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Program Manager to lead a complex portfolio of IT infrastructure projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple large-scale initiatives such as server installations, network upgrades, cloud migrations, and data center enhancements. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that these projects are strategically aligned with broader business objectives, driving impactful outcomes, and delivering value across the organization.
This role demands a deep technical understanding of IT infrastructure, exceptional leadership, and the ability to navigate and manage multifaceted, cross-functional programs. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to align diverse teams, communicate effectively with executive leadership, and manage competing priorities in a highly regulated environment.
Previous experience in the Life Sciences industry and fluency in English are highly mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a portfolio of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals, objectives and adherence to the overall program management methodologies.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and manage program-level plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, while ensuring seamless integration across projects.
- Provide visionary leadership to project managers and cross-functional teams, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
