Financial Performance Analyst

As a Financial Performance Analyst at HR Talent House SA, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to management. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with business objectives and improve overall financial performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to management.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and analyze costs, implementing strategies to optimize expenses and improve profitability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to support financial decision-making and align financial strategies with operational goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, assisting with audits as required.

Profile Sought:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CMA) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or management accounting, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel skills, and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
