Are you a seasoned consultant or customer administrator with several years of experience in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules? Do you enjoy supporting customers on their Human Experience Management journey? As a Senior Consultant at ORBIS Schweiz AG, you will lead the customer team in project organization and process modernization.

Your Profile

Requirements include:

  • Extensive experience in several implementation projects of SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Very good knowledge and, if possible, certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (you can catch up on missing certification)
  • Willingness to learn and curiosity
  • Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and support less experienced consultants in their training
  • Experience in managing smaller projects is desirable
  • High degree of self-organization and strong communication skills
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
  • Moderate willingness to travel
