As a Concierge, you will be the face of W Verbi
er, delivering exceptional guest experiences and exceeding expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our luxury hotel.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcoming guests with a genuine smile and providing personalized services to ensure a memorable stay.
  • Handling guest requests and resolving any issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Driving the Whatever, Whenever service philosophy throughout the hotel, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and loyalty.

PROFILE

You will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, have experience in Concierge or Guest Service departments in high-end environments, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in French and English is essential, and you will be highly motivated and detail-oriented.
