ROLE SUMMARY

As a Style Agent, you will be the face of W lifestyle, representing the brand to our guests and bringing it to life. You will be a unique and personal ambassador, engaging with guests from a lifestyle standpoint to create a warm, witty, and welcoming environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Style our guests' W experience
  • Clean guest rooms in accordance with established quality and performance standards
  • Clean occupied guest rooms
  • Clean and reset guest bedroom and bathroom areas according to established standards
  • Organize and stock cleaning cart and organize linen closets on floors assigned

PROFILE

You have a prior experience in a 5* hotel in housekeeping. You are highly motivated, fluent in French and English, and detail-oriented. You have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience and a real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene, and stance.

This is a seasonal position for the winter season 2024-2025, from December to March. Due to visa restrictions, only applications from Switzerland and the European Union will be considered.
