This position is ideal for those looking to make a meaningful impact in project management within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take charge of and oversee IT projects focused on the banking and insurance sectors
  • Proactively manage project risks and issues
  • Nurture and maintain stakeholder relationships across different levels
  • Offer strategic advice to clients on their project challenges
  • Lead international teams to deliver successful projects
  • Develop, implement, and control project plans, as well as provide regular reporting
  • Ensure the smooth flow of information and guarantee high-quality solutions that meet our standards
  • Identify potential business opportunities for Adnovum and collaborate with the account manager
  • Create pitches, contracts, and presentations in coordination with the account manager
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business informatics, or similar field from a reputable university
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in managing IT projects within the financial sector, preferably in IT consulting
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Background in sales/presales, including cross- and up-selling, offer creation, and contract negotiation
  • Self-sufficiency, professional demeanor when interacting with various stakeholders, and excellent communication skills across different hierarchical levels
  • Proficiency in English
