Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end ad hoc tax projects, providing comprehensive direct tax guidance to business and finance teams.
- Identify tax implications and obligations for new transactions in emerging markets, staying up-to-date on tax legislation, rulings, and court cases to propose strategic action steps for the company's direct tax position.
- Ensure accurate and compliant direct tax compliance process, managing tax audits and collaborating with the Finance Team for period end close process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international tax, with a strong background in complex tax structures and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop trusting relationships at all levels of business.
