Concierge Support Specialist

The Alpina Gstaad is a luxury hotel that embodies the perfect blend of Swiss tradition and understated elegance.
We are seeking a highly organized and guest-oriented individual to join our Concierge team as an Office Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English and French, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to email correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and support the Concierge back office to ensure smooth operations
- Assist the Concierge team in delivering exceptional guest experiences by coordinating reservations, requests, and inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and databases for guest requests and services
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and enhance service delivery
Requirements:
- Strong guest-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role or within hospitality, particularly in concierge or guest services, is preferred
- Proficiency in using office software and reservation systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
