Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a highly skilled QC Local Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory operations, you will be responsible for providing support in the development and maintenance of QC scheduling and planning systems to ensure efficient testing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and monitor data center tables, including new user setup and data entry for long-term and short-term forecasts.
- Add new users to Smart QC, indicating appropriate qualifications, work centers, shifts, and other relevant information.
- Facilitate issue resolution, troubleshoot problems, and escalate as needed to ensure seamless data management.
- Request and support data updates in electronic systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide training and assistance to laboratory personnel on data management and system usage.
- Monitor interface between input systems (LIMS) and tools, managing LIMS errors and ensuring data integrity.
- Support reporting capabilities, setting up reports for leaders and stakeholders.
- Verify data accuracy, including HOT times, campaign size, and time spent on unavailable tasks.
- Provide data insights to leaders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and verify the impact of initiatives.
- Maintain QC lab floor presence, ensuring continuous feedback and documentation of scheduling and planning system updates.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific, computer, or engineering program area.
- At least 3+ years of experience in data management, system management, and laboratory operations.
- Proficient knowledge of lab systems, including Smart QC, LIMS, ERP, and Microsoft Office Applications.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions with experts.
- Fluent in English and French, with a professional command of the second language.
