Job Summary

The U.S. Embassy is seeking a highly skilled Security Investigator to join its Regional Security Office. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of Embassy personnel and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Swiss law enforcement agencies to conduct background investigations and provide security support.
  • Screen and translate local press for security-related matters to identify potential threats.
  • Assist with U.S. passport and visa fraud investigations, as well as provide security to visiting U.S. delegations.
  • Collaborate with Swiss counterparts to ensure seamless security operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a strong understanding of Swiss law and security practices.
