Security Investigator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Security Investigator to join our dynamic Regional Security Office at the U.S. Embassy. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our personnel and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Swiss law enforcement agencies to conduct background investigations and provide up-to-date information on local security practices.
• Screen and translate daily local press for security-related matters to identify and track potential issues.
• Provide security to visiting U.S. delegations and assist with movements, liaison, and translation services.
• Assist with U.S. passport and visa fraud investigations.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in English and have a strong understanding of Swiss law and security practices.
