Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team at Acttif. This role is responsible for creating and implementing proactive talent acquisition strategies that attract, source, and recruit the strongest talent.

The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-country talent acquisition, sourcing, or executive recruitment with a strong background in pharmaceutical industry operations functions such as manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, procurement, etc.

This position offers a hybrid working schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) in our global locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to provide high-quality experiences for talent interacting with Acttif through proactive outreach and exploratory discussions.
  • Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to identify and prioritize current and future talent needs and deploy sourcing strategies to meet business requirements.
  • Serve as a sourcing expert, leveraging talent market intelligence, historical data, and recommendations directly with business leaders, recruiters, and business HR.
  • Interview candidates to assess their skills, motivation for considering a career move, and ensure culture fit.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a preferred focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar career.
  • Eight (8) or more years of progressive HR experience in large, global environments.
  • Five (5) or more years in multi-country talent acquisition, sourcing, or executive recruitment role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience within pharmaceutical industry operations functions – manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, procurement, etc.
