Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Performance Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of data collection at RISA entity, ensuring alignment with applicable reporting standards and internal requirements defined by Group Sustainability.

The successful candidate will have significant audit experience in ESG non-financial reporting and 5-8 years of finance project management and related experience. They will be solution-oriented, able to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A Master's degree in Sustainability or Environmental Studies or a related field is required. The candidate should also have recognized experience working with SAP ECC6 or SAC and be fluent in English and French, with any other language being a plus.

In this role, you will be the key contact for communication and coordination with Group and various stakeholders. You will support teams in ESG knowledge ramp-up and new process adoption through regular updates and training. Additionally, you will be the key contact of external and internal auditors for entity ESG related examinations, ensuring proactive follow-up of improvement recommendations.

As an ESG Performance Lead, you will have a strategic mindset, capable of presenting findings and recommendations to senior leaders. You will be a self-starter with leadership skills, curious and demonstrated by your ability to foster untapped potential.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
