Compliance Operations Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the regulatory compliance of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the latest regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and implement regulatory strategies that align with business goals.
- Conduct regulatory intelligence and monitor changes to ensure compliance.
- Develop and maintain company-wide standards and best practices.
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on regulatory matters.
- Author and validate Safety Data Sheets.
- Engage with stakeholders to implement technical enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in a position related to regulatory affairs, product safety, or product development.
- Fluency in English, French minimum B2 level.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in regulatory affairs, particularly with EU (REACH and CLP) and Swiss (OChim) regulations.
