Business Manager Applications B2B Solutions Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Manager Applications to join our team at Viseca, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our B2B solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including customers, project managers, product owners, and internal teams to analyze business processes and develop innovative solutions.
- Develop and document requirements in agile product environments and traditional waterfall methods, ensuring seamless execution.
- Break down complex features into user stories with acceptance criteria and supplement with functional and non-functional requirements.
- Support the enabling team with knowledge transfer and actively participate in agile events, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Execute acceptance testing for user stories and features, guaranteeing high-quality deliverables.
- Provide operational support on a regular basis, including maintenance, deprecation, and onboarding.
- Support the creation and validation of prototypes or proof of concept and facilitate workshops by preparing, moderating, and following up on them.
- A technical degree and professional experience in the banking/financial sector.
- Several years (2+ years) of experience as a Requirements Engineer.
- Familiarity with agile development methods such as SAFe or Scrum, with the ability to adapt to traditional waterfall methods when necessary.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence, or willingness to learn.
- Relevant certifications such as Scrum (PO, SM), IREB (Foundation Level or ), BABOK, or others.
- Fluent English and German language skills.
