Main Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and implementation of a company-wide organizational framework to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
  • Key resource for successful strategy implementation with dual operating methods (Run & Change, Ambidexterity)
  • Champion the company's ongoing journey towards a purpose-and-values-driven organization.
  • Collaborate strategically with project team members to conceptualize, assess, design, and implement change based on identified needs.
  • Contribute to integration of D&I in all organizational development interventions.
  • Expand the Secure Base Leadership journey across the organization to enhance the skills and capabilities of current and future leaders.

Your Profile

  • HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, People Management or related degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading international transformational processes and managing complex organizational change initiatives.
  • Ability to coach, support, and challenge stakeholders across all hierarchical levels and to guide and inspire teams and foster a culture of trust, learning, feedback and accountability.
  • Experience in designing programs that align with business needs, culture, and defined objectives.
  • Proficient in English and in either German or French
