Job Title: Global Innovation Deployment Senior Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and motivated Senior Manager to lead our global innovation deployment efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing global deployment plans for our Taste innovation projects, covering all pre-commercialization and technical marketing aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global deployment strategies to ensure successful launch of new products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide technical marketing expertise to support the development of innovative products and services.
  • Drive and participate in internal trainings to enhance the skills and knowledge of our teams.
  • Collaborate with strategic and technical innovation program leaders to assess and improve our innovation pipeline.
  • Foster communication and collaboration between global and regional teams.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Food / Flavor Technology or Business Administration.
  • 5-10 years' experience in the food & beverages or food ingredients industry (e.g. flavors, nutrition, texture systems). B2B and B2C experience is a significant asset.
  • Excellent project management skills, rigorous and organized, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent technical marketing background (ability to explain complex scientific topics in clear, concise, and client-focused manner).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-functional communication, persuasive, good influencing skills across cultures & geographies.
