Bristol Myers Squibb is a leading pharmaceutical company that is committed to transforming patients' lives through science. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bulk Operations Operator to join our team.
The Bulk Operations Operator will be responsible for manufacturing products in compliance with GMP/cGMP regulations, health and safety rules, and quality system procedures. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of GMP environments and be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced production environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, with experience in operating equipment and following quality procedures. They will also have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out basic production operations, including weighing materials and preparing powder mixtures.
- Master the use of equipment involved in various production stages.
- Perform line clearance and clean parts, equipment, and rooms after production.
- Perform format changes on equipment.
- Comply with established production schedules.
- Carry out manufacturing operations for industrial batches in a GMP/GMP environment.
- Check, record, and complete pre-established work documents to monitor operations.
- Comply with pharmaceutical site safety and security rules.
- Report any dangerous situations, near misses/incidents, or accidents to the direct manager and EHS department.
Qualifications:
- Initial training to CFC level or 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the GMP environment.
- Fluency in French.
- Be organized and rigorous, with good teamwork skills.
- Good basic computer skills.
