The Bulk Operations Operator will be responsible for manufacturing products (capsules and/or tablets) in compliance with GMP / cGMP regulations, health and safety rules. You will have to comply with the procedures defined by the pharmaceutical site's quality system.
Duties
- Carry out basic production operations such as weighing materials and preparing powder mixtures in accordance with the training curriculum and quality system procedures in place.
- Master the use of the equipment involved in various production stages.
- Perform line clearance and clean parts, equipment and rooms after production.
- Perform format changes on Equipment.
- Comply with established production schedule.
- Carry out manufacturing operations for industrial batches in a GMP/GMP environment and work autonomously according to the instructions of the manager.
- Checks, records and completes pre-established work documents to monitor the operations carried out (batch records completed in accordance with GMP).
- Comply with the pharmaceutical site's safety and security rules.
- Report any dangerous situations, near misses/incidents or accidents that may occur on the site to your direct manager and to the EHS department.
Qualifications:
- Initial training to CFC level, or 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the GMP environment.
- Fluency in French.
- Be organized and rigorous, with good teamwork skills.
- Good basic computer skills.

For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
