Service & Installed Base Product Manager EIMEA

At Accuray, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Service & Installed Base Product Manager EIMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the service and installed base marketing plan for the EIMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the EIMEA service and installed base marketing strategy in collaboration with the operations team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enhance Accuray service offerings, including service contracts, clinical and technical training, and service upgrades.
- Act as the primary point of contact for configuration and compatibility questions related to service offerings and installed base upgrades.
- Ensure a unified communication strategy for installed base customers, maintaining the "One Accuray" consistency across all messaging.
- Contribute to the implementation of processes to maintain an up-to-date CRM database of Accuray installed base software and hardware configurations in the region.
- Strong background in radiotherapy or a related field within medical technology.
- Relevant medical/engineering/biomedical science BS degree (MA, MBA, MS or equivalent desired) and a minimum 2-5 years of experience in the medical field, ideally with innovative, high-cost, high-technology products.
- Product/service marketing experience required or service experience with a willingness to contribute to its transformation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop positive business relationships with all functional areas within Accuray as well as the medical community and Accuray customers.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Able to establish goals and meet department and corporate objectives.
- English and at least one additional regional language.
