As a Senior Software Architect at SonarSource, you will have the opportunity to design and implement cutting-edge software solutions that meet project requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Architecting software solutions to fulfill project requirements
  • Designing and implementing application logic using standard patterns
  • Designing and implementing AWS Cloud infrastructure as Code to host applications
  • Maintaining legacy code written by other developers, including bug fixes
  • Conducting functional and non-functional testing in an automated way
  • Troubleshooting and debugging applications
  • Evaluating existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features
  • Developing technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code
  • Collaborating with other Subject Matter Experts to solve problems.

The skills you will demonstrate

  • Full stack language mastery (JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Python, etc.), AWS CDK experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
  • Familiarity with common programming design patterns and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Highly autonomous and pragmatic
  • Open-minded and very positive can-do attitude
