Job Description

The Administrative Assistant - Zone Europe will provide high-quality support to the Department Head and team members. This role involves managing administrative tasks, prioritizing commitments, and coordinating meetings and events.

A Day in the Life

  • Manage general administration activities efficiently, anticipating and prioritizing incoming mail and preparing meetings/information as required.
  • Support team initiatives and projects by providing administrative assistance.
  • Coordinate and manage the agenda of the Department Head.
  • Organize and coordinate Leadership team meetings, special events, workshops, and conferences.
  • Manage travels and process travel expenses.
  • Manage content on digital platforms: SharePoint, workplace groups, and contribute to innovative solutions.
  • Act as 'super-user' for the deployment of new Nestlé solutions (IT/office tools, processes, and policies).
  • Follow department budget guidelines.
  • Coordinate new employee arrivals and departures process.
