Job DescriptionThis Administrative Assistant - Zone Europe will provide high-quality & proactive support to the Department Head and the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, prioritizing commitments, and coordinating meetings.
Responsibilities- Manage general administration activities efficiently, anticipating and prioritizing incoming mail, preparing meetings and information as required.
- Support team initiatives and projects.
- Coordinate and manage the agenda of the Department Head.
- Organize and coordinate leadership team meetings, special events, workshops, and conferences.
- Manage travels and process travel expenses.
- Manage content on digital platforms: SharePoint, workplace groups, and contribute to innovative solutions.
- Act as a 'super-user' for the deployment of new Nestlé solutions (IT/office tools, processes, and policies).
- Follow departmental guidelines.
- Coordinate new employee arrivals and departures process.
- Confirmed experience in a similar role supporting leaders and teams.
- A self-starter who displays a high degree of ownership over completion.
- Ability to work in a multinational and complex environment.
- Flexible and agile with ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative and service-oriented with good communication and organisation skills.
- Multi-tasking capabilities.
- Digital savvy with Nestlé digital platforms (SharePoint, intranet) and good command of MS Office, SAP, and Concur.
- Fluency in English and French.
