Your Mission

We are seeking a skilled Java Full-Stack Developer to reinforce our team at Synechron Switzerland. Our client, a Private Bank in Geneva, requires a professional with expertise in designing and maintaining high-performance, scalable Java applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-performance, scalable Java applications;
  • Participate in front-end web development, utilizing the latest technologies;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features;
  • Integrate and configure developments in the bank's environments in collaboration with the development center;
  • Establish best practices for monitoring and managing applications managed by the team.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Java back-end developer and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.) and front-end development (JavaScript, Angular);
  • Knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch);
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies (Snowflake, Azure, etc.);
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex challenges;
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies;
  • Proficiency in English and French;
  • Residency in Switzerland.
