About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full-Stack Developer to join our team at Synechron. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining high-performance, scalable Java applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design and develop high-performance, scalable Java applications, utilizing the latest technologies and frameworks.
  • Front-end Development: Participate in the front-end web development of these applications, utilizing the latest front-end technologies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Integration and Configuration: Integrate and configure developments in the bank's environments in collaboration with the development center.
  • Best Practices: Establish best practices for monitoring and managing the applications managed by the team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Java back-end developer and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.) and front-end development (JavaScript, Angular).
  • Skills: Knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch), hands-on experience with Cloud technologies (Snowflake, Azure, etc.), excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to handle complex challenges.
  • Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Language: Proficiency in English and French.
  • Residency: Swiss resident.
