Job Purpose
The Stock Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Stock Referent in all warehouse management responsibilities and providing services to the Store. This includes ensuring the correct handling of goods in store, complying with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and company procedures for product care.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the care and protection of products according to company guidelines and procedures.
- Manage the day-to-day receipt and storage of goods in line with company procedures and criteria, preparing products for the sales floor and special areas while optimizing timing efficiency.
- Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelines.
- Coordinate the flow of E-Commerce orders and e-Tailers, ensuring timely delivery and meeting service level requirements.
- Handle damaged products, not sellable items (On Hold, Consignment, etc.), and products under repair.
- Organize packaging and stationery physically and on IT systems.
- Manage display objects and systems.
- Participate in the correct management of uniforms and gifts flow.
- Ensure the protection and packaging of products both in-store and for transfers, including E-Commerce shipments.
- Adhere to company guidelines in the event of theft, including communication and documentation.
- Support prompt investigations in the event of system negatives.
- Manage product flow and related documentation, recording movements in the IT system.
- Participate in the organization and execution of physical and cycle inventories of finished products and accessory locations (packaging, stationery, and engineering materials) within company timelines.
- Support warehouse activities related to sales.
- Ensure the security and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Store Operations Manager to optimize and rationalize available spaces.
- Support Client Advisors in the sales process and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team as needed.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and keep archives up-to-date on a monthly basis.
- Comply with KPI updates, guidelines, and company procedures from relevant Store Operations Manager, Store Manager, or Headquarters.
Requirements
- Similar 3-4 year experience in this role, preferably in the Luxury/Fashion industry.
- Fluent spoken English is expected, with other languages desirable.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
