At Miu Miu, we are seeking a highly skilled Stock Specialist to join our team in the warehouse management department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accurate and efficient handling of goods in store, adhering to company procedures and KPIs.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and preparing products for the sales floor.
  • Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers, as well as E-Commerce orders, in compliance with company guidelines and timelines.
  • Organize the packaging and stationery physically and on IT systems, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Participate in the correct management of uniforms, gifts, and damaged products, ensuring a smooth flow of goods.
  • Support the Stock Referent in optimizing and rationalizing available spaces, collaborating with the Store Manager and Store Operations Manager.
  • Ensure the security and cleanliness of the warehouse, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

  • Similar 3-4 year experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the luxury/fashion industry.
  • Fluent spoken English, with other languages desirable.
  • High sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team, and organized detail-oriented approach.
