Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Scientist Pilot Lab – USP mammalian to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement efficient upstream processes for bioreactor systems and depth filtration. You will work closely with technicians to execute process development activities in our pilot plant. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, execution, and documentation of project-specific process development activities
- Collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data to prepare development reports and presentations
- Establishing timely and qualitative working instructions and/or process descriptions for scientists and technicians

Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in biotechnology or related disciplines, holding an MSc./Ph.D. degree. Additionally, you should have 2-3 years of industry experience and broad biotechnology expertise. Specific requirements include:
- Experience in expression of various recombinant proteins in mammalian cells at 50L to 200L scale or larger scales
- Familiarity with single-use bioreactor systems and primary recovery depth filtration
- Understanding of scale-up/-down of key parameters in mammalian upstream processes
- GMP understanding and knowledge of DSP and analytics associated to Mab purification and characterization
