Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our dedicated People Ops Team at Evooq. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving HR initiatives and talent development strategies that support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Leadership: Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that align with our business objectives.
- Thought Leadership: Offer strategic guidance on people-related issues, including talent management, employee relations, coaching, and development.
- Performance Management: Support team leads in performance management and employee development goals.
- HR Expertise: Provide expertise in areas such as feedback, employee relations, development, and coaching, as well as compensation and benefits.
- Program Development: Participate in the development of HR programs, including talent acquisition, retention, compensation, benefits, and learning and development.
- Culture Champion: Collaborate with the People Ops team to champion a culture of excellence, where employees feel engaged and inspired to deliver top-quality results.
- Employee Satisfaction: Develop people strategies and design approaches to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Proven Track Record: 6+ years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role, including at least 3 years in a fast-moving international tech environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
- HR Knowledge: Sound knowledge of Swiss HR and legal aspects is mandatory.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent writing and verbal skills in English and French, with German being a plus.
